Casa Margarita is located on the private mountain of Son Borras, surrounded by sculptural, centuries-old olive trees, just a 12-minute walk from the center of Alaró – one of the most interesting and characteristic villages in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. This location affords guests the elusive combination of privacy and comfort. The house has been renovated with exquisite taste, using fine, natural materials that blend seamlessly with the surroundings, and offering all the amenities needed for a perfect stay.

Spread over three floors, the bedrooms are located on floors -1 and 1, with a total of 6 double bedrooms, four of which have their own bathroom and terrace. The remaining bedrooms share one bathroom.

On level -1 you’ll also find the gym, equipped with enough equipment to keep you going during your vacation, a games room with a ping-pong table, punching bag, and dartboard. Next to the gym, a multipurpose room with a television screen provides a space for younger guests to relax. The wine cellar is also located on this level, offering wines from the Ca’n Novell winery in Binisalem, which you can purchase during your stay, as well as olive oil produced from the Son Borras estate.

On the main floor, the charming kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and a huge barbecue, boasts a table over 4 meters long, perfect for welcoming my guests and providing unforgettable family evenings. We can also arrange for a private chef to create exquisite menus. The kitchen opens onto a wisteria-covered porch and includes another dining area: I highly recommend it for warm summer evenings—it’s the perfect spot!

The spacious living room with comfortable seating surrounds a beautiful fireplace, opens onto another terrace, and has a television. The main floor also includes a workspace/office and a guest toilet.

The house has air conditioning in every room, using a state-of-the-art aerothermal system that provides hot or cold air depending on the season. All bedrooms and the main living room also have ceiling fans. Internet access is guaranteed with 1GB of fiber optic internet.

Outside: The sunbathing area is simply wonderful: surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – the views are unparalleled. You can choose between relaxing on sun loungers in the sun or in comfortable seats under the shade of an olive tree. The large 12 x 5 m swimming pool is covered in autumn, spring, and winter with polycarbonate slats that heat the water on sunny days, raising the temperature by 10 degrees and allowing it to be used during these seasons.

Yoga space: The exterior also features a wide grassy esplanade embraced by the Alaró mountains, an ideal place for practicing yoga: its peaks emanate a unique energy, recognized by those who seek harmony and serenity in every breath
